The rug is absolutely beautiful. The color matched the photo on the website perfectly. It arrived the next day, I'm only 2.5 hours from their warehouse. Highly recommend!

Excellent collection of rugs and prices are reasonable and not inflated like other websites. Think RugSource marking strategy and profit margins strategy is like Costco, certain percentage and not overly priced the customers to gain customers confidence. And on the top of that, return policy is excellent in case it does not meets customers expectations or baclground colors or decor . Hope RugSource will stay this way . I have really enjoyed shopping for a new rug. I have a saved quite a number of rugs using the next purchase button, so that I can go through them the next time that I need a rug. There are so many beautiful rugs to chose from and the quality is excellent. I used to buy "fake" oriental rugs believing that I could not afford the real ones, but here I can! I purchased one rug as vintage- 30 years old- and it looks like new! The other purchase that I made is a new rug. The quality here is very, very good and the items are so well-made nad unique and somehow just two days after I was online shopping, the rugs arrived well-packages at my door. We purchased a gold wool rug not being sure that the color was correct for our decor but knowing that we could return the rug without additional cost if it wasn't right for our living room. The free return was a big factor in our decision to go ahead. When we opened the package this morning the color was a perfect complement to our room. The design gives us an updated custom rug feel. We couldn't be more thrilled with this rug and quality.

Please know that the rug was exposed as the plastic wrapping appeared to have been cut about 6 inches. No damage to the rug.
