If your new rug is not working and you are unsatisfied with your purchase of your rug (s), please contact us, and send it back for no charge within 30 days of receiving your order. Request for a return by emailing us at info@rugsource.com, include the full details of the rug(s).
When you email us, let us know both the order number and the SKU of the item you want to return. Also, we will need the dimensions and weight of the package (s) you’ll be shipping the rug in, to make sure the package will arrive in the same condition that we shipped it, please fold, roll, and package the rug like how we shipped it to you, (please use the same type of plastic, or other similar material strong enough to protect the rug during transit). The package should not exceed 45x15x15 dimensions (LxWxH).
Once we have received all the information that was mentioned before, you will receive an email with the return label. Please drop off your package (s) at a nearby FedEx drop point with the return label (s) that you received. Our free 30-day return policy is how we create a better shopping experience and customer satisfaction. FREE RETURN DOESN’T APPLY TO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. International customers are responsible for using their own return label to ship the rug (s) back to our location.
